- Provide support in typing, screening, registration and documentation of the project beneficiaries’ data in the Reintegration Management Information System (RMIS).
- Provide support in drafting reports, updates, meeting minutes letters, emails etc.
- Draft project documents both in Bangla and English.
- Support in organizing meetings, events, and trainings in coordination with other project personnel and volunteers.
- Regularly maintain office inventory requisition and supplies.
- Supervise the Office Assistant to keep up the office neat & clean with all necessary accessories and equipment.
- Provide support to procure logistics materials, stationaries and project materials as necessary.
- Perform duty travel as required for project implementation.
- Perform other project related duties assigned by Assistant Director (welfare center in charge), PMU and OKUP
- Ensure 100% standards in financial and logistical management to meet accountability and transparency.
- Represent OKUP when and where necessary.
