- Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety. Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities. Responsible for overall security of human resources, material and information of the factory. Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory. Control and managing power to monitor entire Security Team within the Company. Co-ordinate with the Management and worker to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations. Initiate and conduct all investigations involving incidents/accidents related to missing items, trespassing etc. Liaison and coordinate with government and local law enforcing agencies and manage relevant issues. Prepare and submit report on Security Core activities periodically (as per requirement) to the management. Training must be given to new security guards. Ensure that all guards know the stranger challenging procedures. Duty distribution & follow up / monitoring. Maintaining proper locking system & Ensure Man, Machine & Material safety for whole factory premises. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
